A fintech startup based in Delhi NCR is set to unlock the vast potential of India's Stock market participants - Day traders/ investors etc by connecting them with the technical Analysts/ Chartists/ Experts.

About the CTO :

The startup is looking for a co-founder to serve as the CTO and manage all aspects of its technology initiative. It is looking forward to work with a dynamic, tech visionary who is interested to make an impact through this financial technology platform and shape the way investments are being done currently by individuals / corporates. He/She will have the opportunity to work with the founder and architect and develop a full stack web and mobile platform for the company.

Requirements:

We are looking to bring a tech co-founder on board who can build an amazing customer friendly product. A passionate individual who will be our go-to person for all technology related requirements. The person who can build the core team and deliver the best customer experience.

Should have:

- All round tech capabilities and confident of delivering highly scalable, available and secure platform

- Ability to code/ should be hands on with coding, apart from strategically and technologically guide the team

- Age is no bar as long as you are confident of delivering

- A track record of product development, experience in web technologies, e-commerce, full software stack experience will be a big plus.

What's on offer : Equity at the moment. No salary is on offer until we start generating the revenue and/ or the funding is secured).

Note: We're a start-up with very limited funds and in a stealth mode. So we may not be able to pay you salary in the initial months. (I understand that some may not be in a position to do that, if that's the case, we're not the right organisation for you, at least for the time being.) But as a core team member, you'll be given equity stake. Although, there is a huge amount of risk you'll be taking if you decide to join us. But there is no risk if it is calculated.
