TinyOwl is a Mumbai-based company founded in 2014 by IIT Bombay Alumni. We are a team of designers, developers and strategists backed by some of the biggest VCs in the world. Job Requirements:

We are looking for Data Architect to build our back-end data storage technology & develop design strategy.

- You will be working in our dynamic and innovative Analytics team located in Mumbai providing strategic reporting and analytical solutions.

- You will be working on architecting, building & advancing company's ability to analyze data effectively. As newly created position, the role will evolve with changing needs of the company.

- With initial emphasis on ETL & visualization.

- You will identify the best solution architecture as well as strategically drive the development of the future BI & big data landscape in order to meet future business strategies, objectives and requirements. You will need to

- Lead and manage the BI innovation pipeline and technology scouting processes (experiments, proof of concepts) to ensure forward-looking BI strategies to support the business strategy

- Lead, define and manage initiatives and projects to develop new Diagnostics BI architecture patterns

- Define, assess and evaluate alternative solutions to finally shape the reporting and big data solution architecture, on premise and in the cloud

- Ensure the BI IT landscape is up-to-date documented and communicated

Skill Required:

You will bring experience in Analytics/Big Data, BI or data warehouse solution design with different technology.

- Experience with relational and non-relational database design

- Experience in BI strategy and data management initiative Extensive knowledge of "Big -Data" eco-system is plus

- Strong experience with SQL and Java-script

- Strong analytical and abstracting skills and can-do attitude to solve complex business problem

- Familiarity with software engineering principles, design patterns and agile development
