Job Role - Talent Acquisition & Business HR

Location - Gurgaon

Job responsibilities includes but not limited to -

1. Sourcing talent through different sources - Headhunting, Cold Calling, Internet Mining, Research and Referrals for Technical hiring

2. Industry mapping and Talent Mapping

3. Salary Negotiations and Job Positioning

4. Offer Roll out and coordination with HR Ops team for joining intimation

5. Maintaining cordial relations with Business Managers

6. Lining candidates for Interviews with Business Managers

7. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at the top of the business, business unit, or function.

8. Use extensive business or function knowledge to drive the execution of a wide spectrum of Human Resource (HR) programs.

9. Recruitment - 70%, Business HR Role - 30%

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Graduate/ MBA (HR) with at least 2 years experience in Recruitment domain preferably in Media/ Internet Industry

2. Excellent communication - oral and written and listening skills are a must

3. Experience in an HR generalist, consulting or business partner role with proven background as an effective strategist and practitioner with a solid track record of successfully driving and implementing HR initiatives with functional leaders

4. Flexible work style and approach based on client needs.
