1. Role: Retail Sales Manager - Order
Role Description :
- Experience in selling online order / home delivery products
- Experience in food industry selling B2B products
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing restaurants in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Representing their company at various ATL/BTL activities which may be planned in the future
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Developing good contacts with restaurant management
2. Role: Retail Sales Manager - inResto
Role Description :
- listening to restaurant requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to make a DO sale
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing restaurants in person and via telephone calls and emails
- cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- gathering market and customer information
- representing their company at various ATL/BTL activities which may be planned in the future
- advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal email process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
- reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Developing good contacts with restaurant management
Salary offered will be very competitive and the level/band will be as per Times Group policy
