Job Description: We are looking for experienced, energetic, expert for the role of program manager/consultant in the central Ad sales team of Times Internet Limited. We look forward to the completion of our Salesforce CRM integration in the next 3-6 months to make our pre-sales and post sales processes more robust. The Salesforce consultant will work with sales, sales operations, tech, finance and in-house product teams to carve out requirements and translate them into effective implementation via -salesforce leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform. This is an internal-consulting role that will have responsibility for capturing and documenting requirements and specifications for custom components and interfaces, designing solutions in accordance with best practices, and working with the internal teams throughout the implementation of the Salesforce solution. The candidate would be required to act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders. The role will require working closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, implementation partners and integration /development, and quality assurance teams. This position requires the ability to multi-task. The job will require moderate travel (up to 30%) and is based out of Noida. Required Qualifications: - 6-8 years of Salesforce CRM integration in a small, medium or large organization (preferably media organizations) - Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented - Demonstrated ability to build relationships with various roles at all levels in the organization - Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of the Program budget and timelines - Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and design complex solutions within a tight deadline - Demonstrated familiarity with documentation standards like BRD, PRD, SRS, SOWs etc. - Demonstrated the ability to capture business requirements, translate those requirements to technical/business solution options, and can communicate those effectively back to the internal clients, both from a technical aspect and from a business aspect. - Orchestration of testing and signoff from relevant stakeholders is key. Understanding of QA processes is important. - Ability to prepare the connecting data between the existing system and Salesforce for fruitful implementation. - Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong teamwork and people skills - Strong organizational and planning skill - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent experience - Gather user and system requirements as use cases - Demonstrated exposure to the Waterfall/Agile SCRUM development methodology - Must have integration experience with third party systems e.g. by using web services - Proficiency in using project management tools e.g. MS Project Preferred/Good-to-have Qualifications/Experiences - The experience of working with designated salesforce or salesforce implementation partners e.g. Accenture, EY, Deloitte, Saasfocus, KVP, Mirium etc. - Experience with at 3-4 salesforce implementations for organizations - Certified Salesforce System Administrator - Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant - Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant - Exposure to integration tools e.g. CastIron, Informatica Cloud etc is an added advantage
