Design, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metric.   2. Responsible for data analysis & report generation for Daily, weekly, monthly as per requirement.   3. Drive and implement analytics innovation agenda for Talent & HR and other practices.   4. Drive application of advanced quantitative technique to solve client business problems and achieve higher business outcome this should be made relevant to HR.   5. Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis  6. Ensure robust methodology and insight driven Talent and HR problem solving with specific actionable recommendations.   7. Responsible for designing predictive models to drive the overall HR agenda.   8. Provides HRIS support and at as the custodian of the global HR dashboard/reporting for Analytics Senior Leadership.  9. Work with HR team and business to provide insights and help taking informed decisions.   KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED   1. Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases (e.g. transaction level)   2. Proficiency in statistical (parametric and non-parametric) and econometric methods   3. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel (including VBA), Statistical tools like SPSS and Data visualization tools like Tableau, understanding for Database and Data Mart   4. Excellent ability to communicate complex quantitative terms to business stakeholders  5. Ability to generate insights basis in-depth analysis and drive improvement by monitoring actionable insights   Understanding of data bases and hands on experience of extraction and preparation of data for analysis; Developed new processes/solution/led innovation in the organization ; Exposure to statistical software will be an added advantage and preferred.  KNOWLEDGE OF ANALYTICS TOOLS & TECHNIQUE   1. Multiple regression, Logistic - binary, cumulative, multinomial, factor analysis, structural equation modeling, clustering, forecasting, Time series forecasting  2. Sampling techniques, hypothesis testing etc.   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE   MBA/PGDM in HR from Premier/ Tier 1 college  Relevant experience of 3-5 years
