Role : Manager - Insurance Operations  Position Summary :  Primary responsibilities are :   Manager - Operation Support  - Independently manage the operations related activities of the insurance business  - Work with 20+ insurance partners to define workflows, automate processes and resolve customer issues   - High focus on the consumer leading to high levels of user satisfaction; expected to make maximum use of technology to delight customers  - Interact with the tech team, UX designers and business team to create a strong process workflow and user journey  - Develop a small yet efficient operations team in line with business objectives  - Motivate by providing support, recognizing good performers and arranging appropriate team-building activities  - Ensure operations officer work in accordance with Company standards, the regulation and ethics   - Complete regular and ad hoc reports promptly   - Ensure service levels agreed are delivered   - Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner   Expectations :   - Detail-oriented and high on problem-solving skills  - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate team to achieve set goals  - Should possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and facilitation skills   - Good Time Management Skills with the ability to plan and priorities.   - Critical& Analytical thinking   - Should be process and result oriented   Candidate Profile :  - 5-7 years with Insurance operations domain  - Experience in multiple product lines (e.g. motor, life, health) preferred  - Candidates with B2C (retail) experience will be given preference
