Objective  To develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business and ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.  Responsibilities   - Develop and implement commercial strategies according to the company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.  - Collaborate with and coordinate across teams in Times Internet Limited for commercial negotiations and deal close to commission production of video content.  - Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for the CEO.  - Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.  - Taking end to end responsibility of the production of video content.  - Be the lead contact from Times Videos business team for all discussions regarding commercials and managing relationships across properties.  - Creating budgets and schedules, and ensuring the productions stay on plan.  - Building and managing relationships with suppliers (freelancers, agents and companies)  - Ensuring production paperwork and reporting are completed in a timely manner.   - Prior experience as commercial director or other relevant role for a minimum of 6 years  - Experience as a line producer in television/movies for a minimum of 3 years a must  - Knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes  - Expert negotiating and influencing skills  - Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a demanding environment
