JOB PURPOSE :  Preparation and execution of sponsorship sales / event marketing plan for Delhi ; assisting team members in meeting their goals; manage growth in business by increasing the yield from existing clients and tapping new client with the objective of achieving revenue targets as per plan and ensuring sustained growth for IPR business.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   Would be responsible for:  - Business development, client servicing and sponsorship procurement for established national-level events.  - Developing new activities for the promotion of main/sub brands & exploring sponsorship opportunities for these events.  - Identifying non-traditional revenue pockets and sponsors for increase in overall revenues.  - Plan effectively for achievement of assigned sponsorship targets, provide revenue projections, set targets for team, monitor sales target achievement, conduct periodic review meetings team members  - Analyze industry trends & identifying suitable offerings, undertake consultative interaction with clients to understand & articulate business needs.  - Liaise with media planners/event managers/PR agencies; keep track of major publicity events planned by clients / in event industry; tap industry growth parameters; connect with edit for pursuance of OMS business interests  - Initiate regular interactions with key business partners; give after sales service; accompany team members to critical client meetings to sustain/increase revenue from existing accounts and building network of newer clients.  - Trouble shooting related to execution of events   - Audit the quality of work being done for clients  - Provide development feedback to the team members, identify competency gaps for current and future roles, drive fulfilment of required training, discuss and map career paths for key talent, retain key talent, recruit against open positions in order to ensure that team members have the competence and motivation to deliver targeted results  - Other duties as assigned.  KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:  Measurable Deliverables :  Sales:  - Achievement % 80% Weight-age including addition of new business clients   Operational:  - Reduction in DSO's / Value of doubtful debts & Make goods 5% Weight-age  People Management :  Retention / Employee Development: 15% Weight-age  JOB REQUIREMENTS:   Minimum Qualifications A high caliber MBA  Functional / Technical Competencies:  - Sponsorship Selling Skills   - Brand Builder / Media Planner   - Adds Value to Customer Businesses  - Process Adherence  - Project Management Skills  Behavioural Competencies:  - Demonstration of Initiative  - Results Focus  - Excellent communication skills and overall presentation  - Developing and Coaching Others  - Supporting and Managing Change
