Times Group - Product Manager (5-8 yrs)

- Understand and gain insights about the consumers, competition, and ecosystem to envisage new product features and offerings

- Be on top of the new developments and trends in the market, technology, and internet/mobile landscape and continuously leverage them to grow the market share

- Own and Manage end-to-end the roll out of the Product Roadmap and achieve targeted results

- Work closely with the Program Manager, Tech, and Design Teams to ensure product quality is as per specs and implementation is within the timelines.

- Monitor and analyse the consumer engagement with the product and work to provide a delightful experience

- Work towards improving the traffic, page views, depth of the visits, response ratios, consumer satisfaction, and NPS

- Manage both the Product and Consumers through the lifecycle

- Special thrust on offerings on Mobile Platform to capture disproportionate product usage market share on mobile devices.

- Adapt best practices in product management to continuously improve the quality of the product and efficiency

Techical Skills :

- Online Product Management

- Mobile Product Management

- Consumer Insights and Research

- Google Analytics, Omniture etc.

- A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing

- Knowledge of SEO, Search Engines

- Product Lifecycle Management

- Consumer Lifecycle Management

- Understanding of UI, UX, and Visual Design

- Exposure to latest Technology Stacks is beneficial

- Couple of years of development experience in a Technology role

Behavioral Traits Required :

- Genuine Passion about Internet and Mobile Products and Consumers

- Innovation and Creativity

- Good Relationship building and people management skills

- Self Driven and takes Initiatives

- Ability to work with teams and influence the stakeholders towards desired objectives without requiring direct authority

- Creative/Lateral thinking would be a huge plus
