About Role :

Department : Human Resources

Location : Mumbai (Kandivali)

Position Title : HRBP - Production (West)/ Plant HR

Reports To(Title) : General Manager

Educational Qualifications : MBA in HR from a premier institute

Experience : 8-10 years of relevant HR exposure (with a mix of Plant HR and Corporate/ Non-Plant HR experience)

Position Summary :

Align HR plan for Production (West), create and execute plans for implementation of the strategy, facilitate Talent development programs, drive goal setting and performance management system, monitor process adherence and compliance, roll-out employee engagement programs, facilitate on-boarding with the objective of ensuring faster turnaround time for HR processes and services, creating robust leadership pipeline, driving a culture of performance and improving retention of employees in West.

Span of Control :

- Number of Branches - 4 plant locations in West

- Number of Employees (Production West) - ~400

- The person will operate from Kandivli plant and will be responsible for entire West and south region besides advising the leadership

Working Relationships: Frequent interactions (inside and outside the organization) with Employees, Plant Heads, Deputy Director Press

Areas of Responsibility

Talent Development :

- Assist in analysis of position descriptions for West Zone, identify high potential employees, facilitate assessment-development centers, identify development needs, create individual development plans and develop a succession / career plan for individuals at in key roles in order to ensure a robust leadership pipeline in Production West

Performance Management :

- Initiate and execute the Goal setting / performance evaluation process for Production West, check sanity of goal sheets submitted, consolidate / present / collaborate with Plant Heads and Dy Director Press for normalization and submission in order to drive a performance culture and ensure that it has objective linkage with the reward system

Employee Engagement :

- Identify employee / business needs, plan initiatives in the area of Communication / career management/ rewards and recognition and other engagement initiative for high performers seek feedback through surveys, create improvement action plan in order to engage employees and improve retention.
