While channel experience will be good primary experience should be in key account management / Institutional Sales.  Definition and Scope :   Vertical Lead responsible for achieving circulation targets in Institutional Sales by driving strategic corporate tie-ups, responsible for executing promotional & sales activities; Strategize, execute & review various ongoing projects to enhance circulation of newspaper in OOH  Duties and responsibilities :   Key Account Management : Playing an integral role in new business pitches and identifying opportunities of strategic corporate tie-ups. Conceptualizing & implementing OOH schemes for corporate clients. Focusing on servicing existing clients & ensure grievances are being regularly managed. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition  Achieve AOP Targets : Responsible for the development and achievement of sales, regularly drive AOP objectives, devise strategy to achieve targets, devise industry schemes, analyze and review sales figures for each month on actuals against targets, maintain MIS records, conduct review meetings with the team, monitor unsolds. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics  Improving Sales Capabilities : Driving OOH activation, driving increase in circulation through innovative methods of sales to equip team to sell better & efficiently  Market & Competition Intelligence : Track competitor activities, understand consumer/market nuances & accordingly strategize circulation of newspaper in the market including identification of potential clients  Risk Management : Strategizing control mechanisms to monitor PO & unsolds on a daily basis to minimize risks & prevent any unethical practice from creeping in.  Project Management : Conceptualizing, implementing & managing risk of various projects, including digitization, being run to drive circulation  Qualifications : MBA in Sales and Marketing  Key Skills / Core Competencies Required :  Key Skills  - Presentation Skills  - Analytical Thinking  - Interpersonal Skills  - Ability to handle stress and work under pressure  - Negotiation Skills  - Communication Skills  - Execution Excellence
