Designation : Deputy Chief Manager/CM/Assistant General Manager (Full time- On rolls position)

Location : Mumbai

Budget : upto 35 lpa

Desired Education and Experience :

- LL.B degree from a recognized and well reputed university

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Litigation / corporate advisory / contract / IPR

- Strong Litigation skill and corporate laws exposure.

Job Description :

- Good legal proficiency, including drafting / vetting/ negotiating contracts, managing intellectual property, including trademarks copyrights and other forms of intellectual property rights

- Experience in handling litigations in various courts / tribunals, interacting with lawyers, formulating litigation strategy

- Drafting legal notices/counter replies

- Providing legal support and guidance for all business functions including legal processes and systems

- Expertise in litigation management and in drafting, negotiating and closing wide varieties of complex domestic and international transactions

- Responsible for managing relationships with external advisers, commercial, business and other support functions

- Mergers and acquisitions including experience in analyzing deals and planning strategic legal and corporate direction
