Times Group - Area Sales Manager - Digital Ad Sales

1. Selling marketing and interactive advertising solutions to Corporates, BFSI, ITES, Education, Real Estate and ad agencies.

a. Pitching for new business development, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, Corporates, BFSI, ITES, Education, Real Estate and ad agencies.

b. Responsible for customizing solutions for clients and working with businesses for new ad sales product creation.

c. Responsible for Ad Sales Business targets.

d. High level of empowerment and decision making ability.

e. Responsible for Sponsorship Sales.

2. Exposure to strategic thinking - Developing Ad Sales Business for existing TBSL brand. (TimesJobs.com, TechGig.com, Economics Times - B2B)

3. Responsible to provide the Marketing Solution/ Mailing campaign / Corporate Events to the Corporates/Banking/Financial sector/ITES/Big college/Universities/Training institutions for our vertical called TimesJobs.com.

4. Responsible for handling a team of Account Managers.

Knowledge (Technical / Functional)

- Experience in Online/Media sales.

- should have handled a team

- Knowledge of Online metrics like CPA /CPC, CPM etc

Skills :

- Graduate / PG /Preferably MBA with experience in Online/Media sales or Agencies Sales.

- Excellent service ethics, Should be Result orientated.

- Proven track record of Sales & Target achievement
