Job Description: Project Management & Operations  - Project planning, monitoring & execution, reporting.  - Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.   - Control project schedule and ensure timely completion.  - Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.   - Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.   - Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.   - Continuous coordination with execution vendor for timely work completion.  - Troubleshooting, fault finding and resolving the onsite problems by coordinating with concerned departments and vendors.   - Vendor management and relationship management.  - Handover the Project to Operations through joint inspection process.  - Planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring the day-to-day operations work.  - Coordination with Ops vendor, printers, clients etc on daily basis for work completion.  - Reporting the ops status to all stake holders.  - Mounting and maintenance of the inventory.  - Reporting mounting status to the revenue team on daily basis, as per the given SOP.  - Ensure the safety measures being followed at work locations.  General:  - Delegate work assignments; Match the responsibility to the person; Give authority to work independently; Set expectations and monitor delegated activities; Provide recognition for results.   - Balance team and individual responsibilities; Exhibit objectivity and openness to other’s views; Give and welcome feedback; Contribute to building a positive team spirit; Put success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Support everyone's efforts to succeed.   - Develop workable implementation plans; Build commitment and overcome resistance; Monitor transition and evaluate results.   - Exhibit confidence in self and others; Inspire and motivate others to perform well.  - Collect and research data; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Use intuition and experience to complement data; Design work flows and procedures.   - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem solving situations; Use logical reasoning even when dealing with emotional topics.   - Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality; Apply feedback to improve performance; Monitor own work to ensure quality.   - Ready to take initiatives; Take independent actions and calculated risks; Ask for and offer help when needed.   - Display willingness to make decisions; Support and explain reasoning for decisions; Include appropriate people in decision-making process; Make timely decisions   - Follow instructions, respond to management direction; Take responsibility for own actions; Keep commitments; Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with an alternate plan.   - Exposure to physical electrical & mechanical installations; Hands on experience in electrical cabling, connections of MCB, ELCB, earthing etc.; Awareness of IE rules, & best industry practices.  - Exposure of electro-mechanical trouble shooting & maintenance; Capable of hands on site work and supervise vendors; conversant with applicable norms for electrical safety & quality at site.  - Ability to coordinate with various agencies involved in the execution; communicate properly with all the agencies for work permits & day to day site executions.   - Preferably should able to communicate in Local language.  Qualifications:  - Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputed institute or REC.   Experience:   - 3 -5 years of experience preferably in project management and operations field.   - Exposure in technical Installation/ factory background is desirable.   Computer Skills:   - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, ppt etc.) is required.   - Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.  - Knowledge in MS Projects.
