Role : Senior Analyst - Operations

- The Candidate will work with various groups (fulfillment, technologists, marketing, ad operations) across the company to coordinate the development and implementation of online initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing client requests through various stages of development, testing, and launch of web-based offers.

Position requires the following :

- Solid organizational, client-services and written & oral communication skills

- Excellent exposure in Operations work like gathering and analyzing requirements.

- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies

- Proficiency with Excel

- Online and E-commerce domain experience is a must

No programming or specific technical skills required, but it is helpful to understand and be comfortable with internet-based technologies.

Work timings: 1:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST

Position Requirements :

- 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in IT required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Should be excellent at handling web operations projects in pressure.

- Should have experience on handling teams and managing few process deliverables or status updates to client on daily basis.

- Should be comfortable working with more than one time at the same time on need basis.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Excellent time management skills, stick to timelines / deadlines.

- Should be good at MS Excel.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills are a MUST.

- Should be experienced and good at handling projects independently.

- Ability to create a sense of team cohesiveness and commitment to achieving goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in IT/Computer Science.

- Professional Certifications (Preferable but not mandatory)
