Please find below the Job description for the same.  Job Description :  - Financial Control Manager. This newly created position will be located in Bangalore, India. The individual's primary responsibilities will be to participate in a team that ensures Time Inc. maintains effective internal controls over financial reporting across the company.  - Responsibilities may also include corporate accounting support and special projects.   Unique qualities that would make a successful candidate include :  - Seven plus years of experience in a Big Four Firm  - Progressive thinking skills and strong work ethic  - Excellent communication skills to interact with varying levels of United States and internationally based management, professional staff, and Big Four external auditors  - Effective writing skills and strong attention to detail required   - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills   - Ability to work with a remote team  Roles & Responsibility :   - Assess and test key company processes and controls   - Preparation and submission of quarterly results reporting   - Identify and evaluate control deficiencies and help design remediation efforts   - Perform periodic control design and operating effectiveness assessments   - Liaise with New York based team and operating departments as well as Big Four external and Time Inc. internal auditors   - Perform enterprise wide Balance Sheet reconciliation reporting, analysis and application administration   - Assist in implementation, administration, and maintenance of a new SOX application   - Perform ad hoc projects related to financial compliance and other matters  - Assist in the development of business process improvements  Skills Required :   - Seven plus years of Big Four experience   - Solid financial accounting and internal control background   - Experience in documenting processes, systems, and controls   - Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance  - Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS and COSO a plus.
