Director - Transition  We are currently recruiting for a Director Transition on a permanent basis to join our Transition & Transformation team. The role will report into VP - Transition & Transformation and will be based out of Time Inc. India, Bangalore.   Responsibilities :  - Work as part of the Transformation & Transition team to assess and transition potential business processes to India, in accordance with the agreed transition strategy, and support the region/country leaders during migration.  - Lead and/or Participate Process Assessment, Due diligence, and Transformation initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of global processes  - Project Manage and track all transitions in Time Inc India  - Design, develop and implement transition-related processes; ensure quality and adherence to the process  - Plan the transition and deployment strategy of new business processes with stakeholders in India and business groups globally.  - Support the VP-Transformation & Transition in delivering Change and Action Management globally and act as the first point of contact for any challenges during Transition.  - Work in collaboration with India and Global stakeholders to understand the capability, technology support, resourcing and go-live requirements and facilitate a smooth transition.  - Work with the L&D team and Global process owners to develop and monitor training requirements and training solutions.  - Drive the adoption of value-driven Transition management globally.  Ideal candidate :  - Graduate or MBA  - Considerable experience in Transition Management with experience in Due Diligence, Transformation, Project Management and Opportunity/Process Capability Assessment.   - Experience in Transition of transactional rule-based processes as well as Creative/high-end cognitive processes  - Minimum total experience of 10 years with min of 5 years in related functions  - Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct presentations to Senior Leaders and groups.  - Strong negotiation and client facing skills and the ability to work in a structured manner towards tight deadlines.  - Should be comfortable working as an Individual Contributor or as a part of a team.  - Building and maintaining professional networks to deliver change.  - Working experience of leading large-scale transition programs.  - Highly motivated and demonstrating a can do and hands-on attitude.  - Ability to work independently and self-manage.  - Will be an energetic individual.  - Must be flexible to travel internationally on short notice.
