Thrillophilia - Travel Product Development (1-3 yrs)

Functional Responsibilities:

- Finding out the best vendors to partner and tie up with Thrillophilia

- Do online and offline research to find the best vendors for various tours, travel and activities.

- Develop and manage a multi-vendor database.

- Negotiating with vendors to acquire the best possible tour products for Thrillophilia

- Communicate vendor policies, standards and procedures.

- Maintain a catalogue of preferred vendors for various travel products and services.

- Ensure that the best products are up on website and available for the users.

- Keeping track of vendor performance

Requirements:

- Prior experience in an operations role, talking to vendors, handling negotiations.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Good Presentation skills and well versed with MS doc, excel and PPT.

- The capacity to work well on your own or in a team

- Negotiating skills

- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively

- Good organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information.

- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
