Thrillophilia - HR Recruitment Specialist

Thrillophilia is looking to hire experienced recruitment specialist who have successful hiring records across various positions in the past. This position will give you the opportunity to own the recruitment process and build Thrillophilia workforce for multiple openings.

Responsibilities :

- Working on developing job description for various openings in the organization

- Aggressively Sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals

- Working closely with various recruitment consultancies in order to hire the best talent

- Maintaining relationships with different colleges for campus placements

- Maintaining a pipe drive of prospective candidates

Requirements :

- Proven track record in Recruitment: screening, interviewing and hiring across multiples positions and profiles

- Prior experience of handling recruitment consultancies

- Experience of working for a startup is added advantage

- Good at multi tasking and experience of handling huge workload

- MBA or Master's Degree from a reputed institute in Human resource

- Work exp: 1.5-3 years into recruitment
