HR Assistant Manager (Generalist)

Recruitment :

- Aggressively Sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals

- Working closely with various recruitment consultancies in order to hire the best talent

- Maintaining relationships with different colleges for campus placements

- Maintaining a pipe drive of prospective candidates

Assisting General Human Resources :

- Working with the founders/HR team to ensure that Thrillophilia conforms to government and regulatory hiring and staff management practices; Handling some administrative duties for Thrillophilia.

- Designing and executing employee engagement programs

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Proven track record in Recruitment screening, interviewing and hiring across multiples positions and profiles

- Prior experience of handling recruitment consultancies

- Experience of working for a startup is added advantage

- Good at multi tasking and experience of handling huge workload

- MBA or Master's Degree from a reputed institute in Human resource

- Work exp: 0.6-2 years into recruitment
