About the Role (Individual Contributor) :

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be expected to hire across roles and grades for our Gurgaon office. Below will be the key responsibilities :

Manage Job Requirements :

- Gather hiring requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, and collaborating with concerned stakeholders.

Strong Sourcing skills :

- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites, and attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

Ability to screen candidates :

- Determines applicant qualifications by reviewing their profiles and interviewing applicants, technically and otherwise.

Schedule interviews and panel sign-ups: Arrange technical and leadership interviews by coordinating schedules and arranging logistics. Ensuring a good candidate experience should be of high importance.

Participate in Interview huddles :

- Evaluate applicants by discussing interview experience and feedback from the panelists post the interview

Execute Offer cycle:

- Responsible for offer scoping, negotiation, rollout, documentation & follow up with the candidate

Joining/On boarding :

- Should ensure that the candidate joins the organization, and undergoes a smooth on-boarding process.

We are looking to hire Technical Recruiters having 5+ years of relevant experience. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can actively collaborate with panels as well as candidates.

- The individual must be enthusiastic, with the zeal to take initiatives and think of newest possible ways of approaching passive candidates.

- Strong sourcing skills are a must for this role.
