Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to graduate recruiting at ThoughtWorks   Responsibilities :   - Determine the appropriate channels to attract and manage advertising, campaigns and PR   - Build rapport quickly and actively promote ThoughtWorks to the best students, encouraging applications and further engagement with ThoughtWorks   - Collaborate with the marketing & brand team to ensure consistency with materials and messaging   - Develop strong relationships with Universities and partner organisations   - Lead initiatives to engage effectively with Universities, through relevant departments, careers services, student networks and other avenues   - Create strong internal ThoughtWorks Graduate Recruiting brand   - Work closely with wider recruitment team, particularly recruiters who can support you and partner with you from other India offices   - Ensure continued alignment with ThoughtWorks- core values and recruiting best practices   - Encourage engagement with graduate recruiting from consultants and the wider business   - Review and improve the process and strategy for graduate recruiting   - Plan campus schedules, coordinate and arrange logistics to run event smoothly.   - Advise the management team on all hiring decisions and be confident in articulating potential risks   - Provide forecasts against hiring targets and useful insights for reporting   About You :   - A minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience of recruiting top calibre Information Technology graduates   - Strong knowledge of key graduate and IT related events, top campuses, publications and external networks relevant to graduate recruiting   - Experience in an innovative, quality-focused and fast-paced graduate recruiting environment, in-house and/or within an agency   - Track record of advising the business on campus recruiting strategy   - A passion for learning and a genuine love for technology, show us your - inner geek.  - Previous experience of actively promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce   - Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with people at various levels, with sound influencing capability   - Proactive in nature, going out of your way to learn and contribute   - Excited that ThoughtWorks is a values-driven organisation that seeks to make a difference in the world, rather than just accepting the status quo   - Fanatical belief in the power of software and technology as tools for social change   ThoughtWorks, a break from the mainstream   - We like to do things differently here, so we- re seeking a creative approach to recruiting.
