Job Title: Manager Finance

Role Purpose:

To provide information, analysis, and insight to business managers to help them maximise business performance.

Job Summary:

FP&A for GGO India, focus on our F&R business including Omnesys. Work will involve, but not limited to the following -

- Preparing Budgets, Forecasts, and monthly Operating Review reports

- Monitor and review the monthly close and ensure that results are properly reflected and variances explained.

- Preparation of monthly reports on key financial and operational metrics with clear and insightful commentary to senior management (i.e. costs, headcount, and capital expenditures, etc.)

- Review business performance with business and finance leadership and provide insight and recommendations for achieving efficiencies and cost savings

- Work closely with Accounting Services team on revenue Assurance and monitor/manage accruals and expenses

- Act as a contact point for queries from business management.

- Adhoc business support and analysis

Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies

Basic Knowledge: Business plan analysis, strategic analysis, IR/external reporting support, customer billing and credit management, customer order management, integration of controls to business operations, project accounting, health & safety, personal organization, security awareness, market/competitor awareness, negotiation, Thomson Reuters awareness.

Working Knowledge: Financial management, business decision making support, financial accounting - controls/technical, personal development, service delivery, budget management, business opportunities and business proposals, business planning, business writing, IT applications

Fully Competent: Reporting/management accounting, analytical/problem solving, compliance, problem-solving.

Relationships: Internal / External

Business management, Business Support Managers, Heads of Finance, Services Centre, Central/Group Finance.

Certifications / Education

Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required or equivalent postgraduate qualification

OR significant development after Bachelor's degree OR substantial development after specialized vocational training OR extensive professional development after High School.

Professional Experience

Progressive finance or accounting experience including interaction with corporate and business unit management.
