The Campus recruiter will serve in a multi-functional role in developing and executing strategies that enable Thomson Reuters to create and maintain strong relationships with key universities in order to provide a strong pipeline of Tech, B-School and Graduate talent to business groups in India.

Major Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership, vision and direction for Thomson Reuter's University Engagement.

- Design and develop a common campus recruiting approach to meet Thomson Reuter's strategic needs.

- Develop and execute programs, strategies and activities to ensure that Thomson Reuter is positioned as a premier employer and is continuously being able to attract and build a pipeline of top talent from key colleges and universities.

- Provide creative, innovative ideas and approaches to talent acquisition - drive differentiation on campus.

- Develop and nurture relationships with campuses, faculty, administration, students, and with student and professional organizations.

- Research new college recruitment channels to increase applicant pool and maintain relationships as the Company liaison for University Career Fairs.

- Register and support campus events and other college level recruiting events throughout the year by attending career fairs and other campus activities as required.

- Manage the overall recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, on-boarding and reporting activities as well as leading others on the team.

- Manage Thomson Reuter's Tech, Graduate and B-School programs encompassing full-time and summer associates; provide overall strategic direction and Program facilitation; responsibility for full-time and summer associate performance evaluations, career development.

- Determine headcount needs to meet strategic objectives and to develop graduate and post graduate campus strategies.

- Plan and manage annual budget and ensure hiring of targeted graduate and post graduate talent from Thomson Reuter's target schools per year.

- Coordinate placement of recruiting related advertising and marketing to ensure that the Thomson Reuter's brand and image is consistently applied in all recruiting activities.

- Partner with HR staff and internal customers to ensure smooth transition from candidate to new hire on-boarding (and timely receipt of documents).

- Manage design and placement of recruiting related advertising and marketing to ensure that the Thomson Reuter's brand and image is consistently applied in all recruiting activities.

- Communicate progress to management; coordinate ad-hoc reporting regarding recruiting progress.

- Team effectively with peers in other functions, leverage tools, resources, thought leadership of Recruiting & Workforce Planning Center of Excellence.

- Assist HR staff and recruiters with internal only hiring process, including posting, coordinating interviews, creating offer letters and on boarding.

- Assist in pre-screening of job-seekers for open requisitions and route to hiring managers as appropriate

- Assist hiring managers with coordination of on-site interview events and information sessions as needed.

- Coordinate interviews for applicants and arrange travel for applicants as required.

- Maintain applicant tracking system and communicate status updates with applicants.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA Preferred.

- Campus Recruiting Experience of 2-3 years with leading organization.

- Demonstrated track record of success in leading campus recruiting team/efforts within specific financial and time constraints.

- Excellent knowledge in all full lifecycle of campus recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence

- Excellent project management, writing/oral communication including presentation skills and people management skills are required

- Strong interpersonal and relationship development/management skills in order to lead, influence and interact with individuals at all levels of the company

- Experience with selection and assessment methodologies, strong personal computing skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and Internet recruiting experience

- Strong understanding of change management requirements

- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to develop and track metrics

- Ability to work in a matrixed environment, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and develop and implement large, complex strategic programs.
