Good understanding of Healthcare Pharma business areas (8+ Years)
- Pharma Domain is must
- 5+ yrs of Sales & Marketing experience
- Should have clear understanding of S & M processes and typical handshake in this area
- Should understand the complete lifecycle of S & M (Targets/ geography)
- Conversant in S & M tools (preferably Salesforce & VEEVA CRM)
Expertise
- Good understanding of Healthcare Pharma business areas (8+ Years)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in development and management of pharmaceutical Sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of government regulations for the conduct of Sales and marketing
- Good articulation and translation of business problem into concepts that can be technically developed
- Ability to define use cases, elaborate requirements, review requirements and Business Specifications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to effectively work on the assignments with on and off shore team members
- Timely communication to all the stakeholders (Client and internal management)
- Ability to work independently, manage and contribute in a matrix organization, resolve issues proactively, meet aggressive timelines, travel with a short notice
- Experience in digital asset management, multi channel marketing is desirable
Responsibilities
- Define and elaborate use cases for the Pharma Commercial FLSL requirements
- Review the use cases/ requirements for scope, effort estimation and schedule
- Detail the technical specifications
- Build Pharma Sales and Marketing capability within the practice
- Closely work with Product Management team and their release plans for developing implementation plans
- Adhere to the organization process / best practices for FLSL implementation
- Ensure the projects are delivered as per the agreed project scope, Effort and timelines

- Use cases, Story boards and Requirements coverage
- Creation of white papers
- Ensure organization compliance
