Founded in 2006 we have worked with and served 300+ Organizations across Industries and Verticals.  This opportunity is for ThinkLink Learning, our subsidiary that is partnering with Businesses, Professionals, and Students to create the people engine for Supply Chain Organizations through Capacity Development programs.  Reporting Manager: Consultant – Supply Chain Learning  Location: Gurgaon   Job Summary  - The Analyst will play a lead role in researching, designing and development of content from conception stage to the end output stage to meet the learning requirement of target groups. The role requires a close interaction with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand learning objectives, learning aids, research for appropriate content and convert into final outputs. The analyst will be required to provide direction to the media/web development team and support in integration and testing. This role starts from identification of Learning needs through a Learning Needs Assessment process and then is responsible for Delivery of the complete program.  Our ideal candidate will support the following key areas of work –  - Create instructional strategy documentation.  - Conduct needs analysis  - Evaluate instructional programs, materials, methods and assessment techniques  - Analyze and define content structure, learning objectives, learning aids and instructional approach.  - Research relevant content and case studies from various sources based on needs analysis and guidelines from the SME.  - Structure content and activities for student learning.  - Present the research findings in the pre-defined format as created by the projects team.  - Work closely with the SME at every stage to align the outputs in line with the expectations.  - Use creativity to create visually appealing presentations, trainers’ instructions and workbooks.  - Create Assessments for selection of Trainers, develop the Train the Trainer packs, and run the Train the Trainer sessions where required  Education Requirements   - Any Graduate / Post Graduate   Experience Requirements  - 3+ Years of previous experience consulting, research, or content creation is Mandatory  - Experience of working in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations vertical is preferred  - Passion for the job will be CRITCAL and a MUST HAVE  Skills:  - Online content research  - Creative and good visualization skills  - Microsoft Powerpoint  - Working knowledge of graphics software presentation packages such as Photoshop  Personal Characteristics  - Result Driven and Proactive  - Hard Working and Confident  - High on Integrity  - Willingness to “do what it takes”  - Passionate about creating value and impact for the client  - Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.   To apply please write with an updated CV, current location and current/expected compensation details
