Experience: 3.6 to 4 years (Prior experience in Sales - Preferably 5star hospitality)
Education: MBA Any post graduate, Certification - AICTE / University.
Preferred from 5 star Background.
Salary : 65k p/m with incentives ( if target is achieved) ( 20k will be incentives)
Person qualities: Proficiency in MS Office, Proficiency and fluency in English, Telephone handling skills, Relationship building and maintenance skills, Negotiation skills, Proactive and motivated individual

Job Description:
- Relationship building and maintenance with key accounts (corporates and travel agents)
- To achieve assigned revenue targets
- To develop new market.
- To make effective calls/ conversion of calls.
- Should have the background of interaction with Sr. Managers, CEO.
- Account management and mapping
- Negotiating and contracting special rates with clients
- Gathering competition data and consolidating to ensure ease of access and processing
- Building and managing own database in prescribed formats
- Management reporting in prescribed formats
- Assisting clients in reservation processing and getting confirmations sent across to them
