The Law Point - Sr/Principal Associate - Transaction Attorney/Litigation Lawyer - LLB/LLM

Mumbai based law firm is seeking to hire a Senior Associate/ Principal Associate having relevant experience in Transaction Practice/ Relevant Litigation Practice

As a Transaction attorney you are fully registered attorney that specializes in the area of business law. With that spectrum, you also have an expert status in the drafting, execution, and administration of important business documents such as deeds for real estate, employment contracts, merger documents, and even in the transfer of intellectual property and trademarks from one entity to another. In short, any type of transaction or series of transactions that impact the ability of the entity to function within the perimeters set by the laws of the land would be well understood by you as transaction attorney.

- You would also be responsible for the heading/ conducting legal, corporate, labour law, property due diligence for both private and public sector companies.

- You would also be handling General Corporate Advisory, which would include advising on specific queries pertaining to foreign direct investment regulations, employment and labour laws, medicine and pharmaceutical laws, and competition laws, among others.

Candidates should be a LLB/LLM from Top Law Colleges with good written and communication skills

Salary will be at par the best in the market.

Litigation Lawyer:

- As a Senior Litigation Attorney you shall be responsible for independently handling the matters, and you shall also be responsible for attending conferences with senior attorneys and the clients. You shall be attending the hearing in the matters in all courts in Mumbai.

- Candidates should be a LLB/LLM from Top Law Colleges with good written and communication skills
