The Chopras are hiring Manager - Sales & Operations for the office in Chandigarh  Salary : Rs 10 - 12 Lacs per annum (negotiable depending upon the profile)  Job Profile:  - Implementing business strategy for the growth of the business vertical along with cost effectiveness. Candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and delivering profitability by achieving or exceeding targets that will be based on the company's aim to acquire the stated market share  - Profile holder is required to develop competencies, improve productivity through closing / conversions in conjunction with the respective counseling heads for various countries; process effectiveness by injecting time management and efficiencies for staff under his/her charge and area of influence.  - Monitor team on process adherence, compliance and assist in KPI and target achievement of the team.  - Assist in developing marketing initiatives for branches allocated through inputs to the marketing head, media and communications and operations head..  - Be aware of and use all data related to University visits, fairs and seminars as related to your area of work to ensure maximum return on self and teams investment in time and effort.  - Prepare and present progress reports within area of responsibility to the senior management; weekly and / or monthly as decided.  - Appraise direct reporters through performance appraisal mechanism laid down by the organization, identify training needs and liaise with the concerned department to ensure skill development for staff under your purview.  - Assist in managing the annual attrition levels of staff through motivational inputs to staff so that the attrition levels laid out by the organization.  - Must have experience in managing P&L .  - Should be open to 6 days working and travel across India.  Company Profile:  The Chopras  "The Chopras" was started by Natasha Chopra and Naveen Chopra in 1995.
