Purpose :  Planning and Executing organization wide projects. Involves interacting and managing key stakeholders including senior leadership team, investors, key accounts, department head etc. Additionally involved in financial analysis, competitor benchmarking and analysis, product enhancement and development, customer insights, new market entry, expansion strategies and key account management.  Reporting into : Group MD  Location :Mumbai  Job Responsibilities :  Working closely with the CEO and the extended leadership team in driving the business through the following :  Strategic support and Execution : Work closely with CEO & Leadership team on planning & delivery of key strategic projects, long term business planning, managing critical accounts, and undertaking in-depth data analysis to create management dashboards & enable effective decision making  Project management : Planning, budgeting & end to end project management of critical projects for the CEO's office, acting as a key interface between business heads and other key stake holders to ensure timely execution and monitor project outcomes with minimum deviations  Financial Planning and Analysis : Undertake detailed sector and company research to prepare financial spreadsheet models for financial statement analysis and valuation including detailed financial models and presentations to be used for capital raise pitches  Competition Benchmarking : Analyze business intelligence data (local & global peers) to study market trends, best in class processes and identify new business opportunities  Data Analysis and Consumer Insights : Analyze project and social media data for consumer trends and enhance product offering based on insights gained  Corporate strategy : Ideate and work closely with Leadership team on design and execution of short and long term operating plans for domestic and international business  Expansion and diversification : Formulate strategy for business expansion and diversification by identifying and evaluating prospects. Closely involved in preparation of proposals for key domestic and international business opportunities (RFPs)  New Product Development and product enhancements : Periodically analyze existing product suites and work with the product development teams to enhance features of products and brainstorm for innovative product ideas  - Based on the needs and growth of the organization the person may possibly move into managing a vertical specific to his strength and capabilities.  Previous Experience :  - Relevant Experience of 3-6 Years  - PGDM/MBA (Full Time)
