Designation: Head Marketing (Brand, Marketing & Corporate Communications)

Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Defining the brand's purpose, positioning and central idea.
- Creation of a strategic framework for the brand.
- Defining, identifying and studying the industry.
- Creating the Customer Journey Cycle.
Consumer Acquisition:
Building a Marketing and Communication calendar which would cover:
- Mass Media optimization.
- Digital strategy creation.
- Trade & Community initiatives.
- Localized activations.
- Customer referral programs.
Customer Relations:
- Designing programs that help engage with consumers throughout the journey cycle
- Creating an effective CRM program.
- Building Listening posts to track customer satisfaction.
Brand Management:
- Conceptualize, produce and enforce the visual identity of the brand. This would include all communication and selling tools.
- Work closely with PR firms and creative/ media agencies.
- Ensure compliance of all corporate and business unit branding standards and provide guidance and direction to the business unit.
Corporate Communication:
- Building an effective internal communication mechanism.
- Tracking media and building media relations.
Previous Experience:
The candidate must have relevant experience of 6-10 years
- The candidate should have worked with creative, media and PR agencies implementing marketing plans.
- Exposure to different media vehicles in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and workings is needed.
- Having an exposure to the digital media is important.
Qualification: MBA - Marketing
