We are looking out for an enthusiastic person to take up the role of an Asst. Manager / Manager - Marketing with Trinity Health Technologies. (Website : www.trinityht.com). We are a group Company of Arenja which is a business and investment house (www.arenja.com)
Designation : Assistant Manager/ Manager - Marketing & Customer Experience
Purpose: This is a critical role within the organisation, with responsibility to devise, plan and implement a marketing strategy that increases enquiries and maximizes sales. This role also assumes responsibility for Trinity Healthtech- communication strategy
Reporting into COO
Department: Marketing
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Generating sales enquiries for the sales team from:
- Organizing events
- Participating in relevant exhibitions
- Designing and executing promotional activities, product launches
- CRM initiatives (newsletters etc.)
- Online marketing (Company website/ Facebook/ Twitter etc.)
Communication Management:
- Overall responsibility for design & deployment of the marketing literature (marketing collateral, website content etc)
- Customer engagement though regular emailers/ industry updates/ new products
Customer Relation Management:
- Designing and implementing a strategy to ensure customer loyalty and increasing repeat business
- Designing and executing the CRM process aimed at ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Conducting random calls to customers to capture consumer feedback & ensure excellent customer service
- Customer testimonials
Systems & Processes:
- Designing and implementing systems and processes - Customer Universe database, Marketing MIS, etc- required to track and increase performance
- Keeping track of competitor activities to ensure a marketing edge
Other marketing activities:
- Corporate gifting
- Regional marketing initiatives
Previous Experience: Minimum 4- 5 years experience in handling the marketing function at a managerial level
- Candidate from the FMCG/ FMCD industry preferred
Qualifications: MBA Marketing
