Job Description

To work with the CEO and business operations to deliver technology and technical services in support of the business using internal and external resources. To report to CEO on technology; to work with budgets, schedules and business drivers; to advice and recommend solutions to the CEO on technology and to work with internal resources and external partners and vendors to deliver solutions; to help strategize on technology platforms for the future of the business.

Experience

Working with e-commerce, online stores, apps and cloud based infrastructure is critical. Familiarity with reporting, mobility, order and inventory management, and logistics is desirable. Must have led and managed a team of 5 or more in high-pressure, real-time delivery environments. Managing external partners and working senior management, business users, and customers is important.

Desired Skills

- Project Management

- Technical and programming capabilities - LAMP or .Net or similar stacks

- Cloud based development and deployment

- Familiarity with DevOps, scaling, and infrastructure

- Documentation, presentation, creating and implementing specifications; translating business requirements into technical specifications

- Strong familiarity with Magneto or similar e-commerce frameworks

- Familiarity with reporting tools, analytics, site management, etc.

- Familiarity with business mobility and applications

- Proactive attitude to learning, skill development, problem solving and making recommendations to CEO

- Led and manage a technical team; participate in hiring and building a team

- Motivated, enthusiastic and excited about being a part of the e-commerce revolution in India

Ideal age Profile: 28 to 40 years

Office Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: At par with Industry leaders with additional financial and non-financial incentives
