Marketing Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Play a key role in the growth of sales and awareness, and be innovative to identify new marketing opportunities to drive the business. Execute offline and digital campaigns to increase customer-base at industry leading customer acquisition cost

- Responsible for creation and execution of the company's online marketing strategy to drive the business forwards through key channels including the company website, email marketing, search engine optimization, search marketing and social media initiatives

- Analyse and interpret statistics in order to improve the customer experience. Support the Product Teams for improving the design, usability, content and conversion points of thatspersonal.com. Support the wider team to improve customer acquisition and retention

- Build key strategic alliances with important partners and monitor/develop key metrics

- Hire, build, and train a world class marketing team.

Candidate skill sets :

- Must have between two to ten years of experience in marketing or sales with both offline and digital campaigns.

- Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis including ROI driven campaign management. Great design skills & command over written English

- Passion for the Internet with a positive attitude with a willingness to engage with and love our brand. Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts. A good team player.

- Result oriented, proactive, hard-working and self-driven leader with excellent analytical skills. Prior work experience at an E-Commerce eCommerce will be an added benefit.

- Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Email.

Office Location : Chembur, Mumbai

Salary : At par with Industry leaders with additional financial and non-financial incentives
