Job Description

1. Manage the online distribution partnerships (marketplaces) on a P&L basis with clear monthly sales targets.

2. Build a strategic plan to launch new marketplaces based on internal guidelines with sales targets for each new marketplace split by categories and brands.

3. Execute a partner co-marketing strategy to achieve sales targets. Build and implement innovative co-marketing templates to drive sales and analyse monthly reports in order to formulate strategies for growing business via the partnerships route

4. Ensure that accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information is available on all products we carry, and that customer expectations are set and met to a high standard.

5. Work closely with Product Management and Merchandiser to identify additional data requirements needed to increase customer decision making and experience.

6. Pro-actively propose solutions to improve efficiency of the Product Catalog, actively participating in the product attribute definition to maximize efficiency of the site search engine and improve user experience on the site

7. Timely revenue realization from each marketplace

Desired Skills & Experience

- Minimum two year experience with an online e-commerce store of which one year experience with selling on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proofreading and grammar skills.

- Ability to handle the Marketplace panels independently and do partner site quality check.

- Proficiency in preparing CSV and Excel files and familiarity with files and tools related bulk uploads would be an advantage

- Individual contributor who can grow a business exponentially

Ideal age Profile: 22 to 32 years

Office Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: At par with Industry standards with additional financial and non-financial incentives
