Testing Project Manager - Retail Bank UAT - Functional

We are hiring a Functional Testing lead/ PM for core banking- retail

Role: Project manager testing, 90 % functional 10 % technical

Skills:

- Exp in Functional & Technical testing

- Exp in supporting User Acceptance testing

- Strong Retail/ consumer banking knowledge, India

- Hands on exp in core banking application, Flexcube, Finacle FIS- Profile

- Exp in preparation of Test Strategy

- Test planning

- Test Scenario's and cases

- End to end managing User acceptance testing

- Strong knowledge of CASA, Deposit, Loan, General Ledger and Branch Ops module

- Exp in System integration, smoke, stress, sanity testing

Responsibility

- Manage the entire User acceptance testing

- Manage of team 10 + functional and technical testing

- Guide the team

- Prepare a test strategy document

- Prepare test scenario, test cases

- Manage daily execution

- Support bank business and technical team

- Interact with core banking vendor for resolution of defects reported

- Manage project risk, weekly meeting

- Maintain defects log/ reports

- Manage traceability Matrix

- MBA in Finance with strong people management and excellent communication
