Testing Process COE Leader

We have an opportunity for a Testing Process COE Leader for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- Must have total of at least 13 + years of relevant experience in testing with a strong experience and inclination towards the process part of IT.

Overall Good Knowledge of various domains and technologies

- Good Knowledge of metrics and processes

- Certification on CSQA\Six sigma

- Experience of managing testing projects in embedded and independent environment

- Understand testing processes

- Certification related to CSQA, Six sigma YB\GB etc

- Prepare Test Strategy & Test Plan

- Should exhibit incidences of issues and how they are managed

- Must be aware about estimations for testing projects. Also need to know metrics/ dashboards

- Desired knowledge of automation and performance test approaches and how it will benefit respective project

- Should have experience in interacting with client and onsite teams

- Good English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)

- Strong self-management skills

- Good knowledge of testing metrics

- Attention to detail, organized, analytical and with well-developed presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Managing Process COE activities

- Knowledge and experience on TMap and\or other structured test methodologies

- Knowledge and experience on TPI\TPA\TMMi assessments

- Understand overall projects landscape and various lifecycles for projects

- Lead the process COE team and bring the value to Testing BU

- Interacting with projects for any support needed

- Knowledge and experience of preparing Test Strategy & Test Plan

- Provide guidance to test projects with respect to estimations, test approach and strategy

- Estimation models for test estimation

- Experience of starting and driving the various initiatives to closure

- Gather assets from projects and industrialize them across projects

- Test Management & team management

- Reviews of test matrixes and processes

- Maintain baseline data for all the metrics

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/technology or Masters degree in any other discipline
