Tesco - Sr Officer/Functional Consultant - HR Operations - Peoplesoft (3-6 yrs)
Tesco HSC is currently looking for a Functional Consultant to join the HR Team as a peoplesoft expert .
Responsibilities (in brief):
- HR MIS
- Automation process in Human Resources - to Automate and institutionalize HR policies.
- Would play a crucial role in maintaining cordial Employee and stake holder relations.
Desired experience and skills:
- Good experience in PeopleSoft (End user level)
- Should have basic knowledge on PeopleSoft architecture
- Overall experience 5- 6 years out of which relevant Experience minimum 3 years in using PeopleSoft
- Handling Employee Database & HR MIS. Knowledge of HR Processes will be an added advantage.
- The person should be a self-starter with “can do” attitude with good spoken & written skills.
- The person should be good at facts and figures.
- Should be a graduate from any stream with good academics.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proven initiative and demonstrated skills for organization and multi-task prioritization.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel is must.
- Exposure to PeopleSoft implementation would be an added advantage.
