- To develop / coordinate the development of content for delivery during training programs as well as facilitating across mid-level and senior - level managers.
- Responsible for working on core central L&D projects and initiatives
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring team members as well as in coaching/mentoring the mid to senior level leaders within the organisation
- Responsible for delivering the leadership training to the participants
- Responsible for working with leader in successfully delivering to our annual people plan
- Deliver leadership programmes for Senior Leaders in the organization
- Mentoring and coaching activities that are of a consistently high standard
- Identify a mix of training solutions to suit the stakeholders so that training suits all learning styles and is effective
