Tesco HSC is looking out for an IT Recruiter into the Talent Acquisition Team to recruit and select the right candidate to all teh open approved vacancies within the agreed time and cost, typically within a project teams or specific team of the Technology business unit.
Job Responsisbilties:
- Interact with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements as laid down in the - Recruitment Requisition Form-
- Identify the ideal sources (recruitment channel) to generate quality resumes that fit the position
- Manage interviews by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
- Support the candidate through the interview process by providing clarification at each step and timely completion of recruitment activities
- Complete documentation and offer formalities within the timelines assigned for closing the position.
- Update Recruitment dashboard and complete the recruitment process on time
Job Requirement : (Mandatory)
- Min 4 years of end to end recruitment experience in IT Hiring ( Niche IT Skills)
- Exposure and work experience in a multi-national company
- Experienced in latest sourcing techniques
- Stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
