Tesco HSC is currently looking to hire eligible candidate into our Corporate Purchace team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the Quotes & preparation of Comparison.
- Understanding of the products and services related to Facilities and Admin
- Post Order Follow ups (Delivery and conformity Certificates)
- Determining alternative sources for procurement.
- Market analysis, new product developments & bench marking
- Supplier selection, supplier performance, Supplier relationship management
- Collecting quotations, developing vendors. (Preparing MIS, PO, Accountability).
- Record retention & documentation
- Vendor coordination & proposal obtaining
- MIS and reporting
- General adherence to the Firms procurement processes and polices.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Qualification - Bachelor of Commerce
- 4+ years of procurement experience in any corporate IT /ITES facilities procurement.
- Good verbal and written Communication skills
- Understanding Procure to Pay process.
- Negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on ERP – preferably Oracle
- Facilities and admin related procurement knowledge
