1. Acquisitions

2. Revenue

3. Manpower of the distribution point.

4. Systems at distribution point.

5. Market working. Acquisition: Market working, retailer relationship, follow-up with fos, promoter, retailers.

Regular updation of tariffs of Idea and competition.

Revenue-Primary tracking, Manpower, Stock Norms, Secondary tracking and Outlet Expansion.

Systems- Handset Process, Documentation process, Claim settlement process, Primary &Secondary Mgmt and Promoter mgmt.

Market working-PJP, 10 o/l per day, and 50 o/l per week and working with fos.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Good communication skills.

- Knowledge of sales & distribution set up, Channel Management

- Networking, Good interpersonal skill.

- Customer responsiveness, assertiveness.

- Number crunching
