Company - The Arvind Mills  Position: Territory Sales Manager  Reporting to: Area Sales Manager/Regional Manager.  Total Years of Experience: 4-7 Years of Retail Experience.  Industry: Apparel Retail/Fabric Retail/Footwear.  Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Cochin/Mumbai/Hyderabad.  Should have worked as a Store Operations Manager for at least 4-5 Years handling multiple stores.  Job Responsibilities:  - HR – recruitment of staff and SM along with central HR  - FFs - initiating micro marketing activities in close coordination with Marketing  - Cost consciousness, cost efficiency and expenses reduction  - Impacting KPIs thru strategic inputs  - SOP Audits  - Managing Mystery Audit scores @ upwards of 85%  - Managing all formats - COCO/COFO/FOFO - COCO and COFO operationally and FOFO driving brand image and managing overall business/top line, etc  - Managing shrinkage @ less than 0.5% of revenue  - Managing weekly reviews with SM, 2nd in command and SOM  - Ensuring achievement of Top line by enhancing KPIs and FFs  - Financial Audits / Stock Audits  - NSO  - Ensuring Achievement of Top Line Targets and Like to Like growth  - Managing Visual Merchandising Standards as per VM SOP  - Managing Loyalty Program requirements/ Ensuring increased Repeat customer behaviour  - Tracking Store performance on a daily basis thru MIS/Reports and making interventions to ensure betterment of business  - Ensuring required stock turns
