Territory Manager - West India (7-12 yrs)

Description of position:

As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Business in West India.

Main responsibilities:

- Take over responsibility for a sales quota and achieve target with customers in assigned territory. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction within the assigned territory/customer base.

Follow up identified leads and manage these opportunities through the sale cycle:

- Manage the product evaluation process

- Identify key decision makers and departmental contacts within target organizations

- Understand the budget, decision-making and order process

- Close the deal. Identify and clarify business needs within accounts in your territory

- Uncover existing applications deployed in the account. Confirm the platforms within the account

- Qualify Integration and new business opportunities. Identify and Manage Partners within your territory

- Sales training to partner

- Sales review with partners

- Manage, ensure partner goals and sales targets

- Ensure partners are skilled and trained technically working along with the Presales team. Maintain close and effective working with sales team members across the country and also with partner teams. Thorough understanding of all related competitive products and solutions•

Profile:

- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential

- Excellent Relationship skills

- Experience in the domain

- Independent, self-motivated and adaptive

- Computer literate, knowledge of general systems and software.

- Professional education preferably in economics or marketing.

- Good knowledge of English

- Able to plan the work carefully in advance

Performance Expectations:

- Attainment of Sales Targets

- Attainment of Customer Satisfaction.

- Attainment of partner satisfaction.

- Assist with build-out of PartnerNet specialization

- Manage the relationship with assigned partners

- Minimum competency level requirements demonstrated and performing rating or above achieved
