Description of Principal Duties and Accountabilities

- To lead Healthcare business initiatives in a geographical region of 3 states or more

- Source and Manage retail & Strategic HFS Equipment loans

- Lead and mentor a team of energetic and intelligent sales personnel and a reasonably large team of DSAs

- Monitor clients portfolio performance

- Build and Manage excellent relationships with OEMs, dealers and target customers

- Analyze the Credit Worthiness of the customers and manage early stage delinquencies

- Manage the PDD collection

- Create and maintain an environment with intense focus on improving TAT and other operational efficiencies
