About our Client - Our client is a multi million dollar organization and a market leader in the mattress industry. They have a global footprint and have established businesses across various countries. They are an organization that has been growing at a very fast pace in India and are looking for a territory manager to be based out of Bangalore and handling the business development activities across the region.
Job Description - Reporting to the National Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved
- Working closely with the dealers in order to improve the brand awareness in the territory
- Developing strategy for increasing sales figures
- Managing the dealer relationships and key accounts
- Conducting regular brand development activities
The Successful Candidate :
- You will be a post graduate with at least 10 plus years of experience in sales and distribution within the durables industry.
- A person who has had the exposure of developing the go to market strategy in the mattress industry will be preferred. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills.
- You must be driven by values and have the ability to facilitate organization culture.
