About the Client :  Client ( company) was founded in December 1982 and is headquartered in San Jose, CA. It provides digital marketing and digital media solutions. The company operates its business through three segments: Digital Media, Digital Marketing, and Print and Publishing. The Print and Publishing segment offers legacy products and services for eLearning solutions, technical document publishing, web application development and high-end printing.  The Challenge :  The primary role of Inside Account manager ISAM is to drive & generate revenue for client's Elearning & Technical communication business. The Inside sales role involves working directly with end customers on positioning client's solutions driving it to close. This is not an OVERLAY role & the individual has to work independently. The ISAM will work independently to drive revenue for their designated geos or product lines. This role will primarily focus on net customer acquisitions across designated geos (North America, Europe or APAC). Individuals with a flair for technology sales & with a go-getter attitude are welcome to apply for this role.  Job Responsibilities :  The ISAM will be responsible to drive & generate revenue for Client's Print & Publishing business unit(PPBU) focused on driving revenue for client's Elearning & Technical Communication BU's. This role may further involve driving revenue for newly launched LMS solution.  - The Inside account will mostly work independently on target customer accounts in the region & marketing generated leads.  - Will be accountable to achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Annual sales targets defined by the organization.  - The primary focus of this role will be to acquire Net New Customer and grow market share for the client.  - Identifying potential customers & presenting appropriate solutions to the customer.  - Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.  - Provide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement.  - Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage on the customers' business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate PPBU value proposition/sales solution strategy.  - This role may also involve demonstrating the client's solution to potential customers, so the candidate should have a flair to learn new technology.  - Develop and maintain demonstration scripts to ensure all new functionalities of the tool are highlighted  - Anticipate and handle objections during the sales process articulating clear and concise responses that position the benefits of the platform  - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive positioning of assigned client's solutions in the marketplace  - Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization  - Manage & maintain a minimum of 40-50 completed calls per day primarily targeting decision makers.  - Ensuring daily/week updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis.  - Participate in weekly/bi-weekly forecast review meetings with all the stakeholders to review the progress towards revenue and growth goals.  Key Attributes :  - An ideal candidate should be PASSIONATE about inside sales as a profession & a believer in the ideology that inside sales is the present & future of sales.  - Should have a natural flair for conversations & enjoy talking to customers about client's solutions.
