Telecom Software Solution Sales Manager (3-10 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development - To promote company software solutions to Telecos/ Systems Integrators.
- Plan & Execute of U&R Programs.
- Ensure maximum revenue for circle.
- Reduce churn and ensure substantial growth in ARPU & MoU.
- Responsible for CLM process and campaign management.
- Understand the current requirement and suggest campaigns performing well in other circles.
- Enhance the revenue.
- STV & TOPUP Penetration.
- Balance build-up of Zero MoU/ Recharge base.
- Manage Promotional Activities (SMS, OBD & Telecalling).
- Manage portfolio of products to meet customized need of consumer and trade.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in selling software in the GCC region.
- Prefer candidates who are fluent in Arabic language and holding a Dubai driving license.
- Comfortable working in a high growth and results-driven environment.
- Highly self-motivated & driven, tenacious, competitive, ability to analyse & resolve problems quickly and target orientated.
- Strong academic background in Business Management.
