Purpose of the Job:  Accountable for :  - Leading S&P TT to Bangalore, pulling Software, Product responsibility to Bangalore  - Identifying required competences and ensuring their growth at expected level in order to make S&P BGL DC able to deliver according to the plan  - Ensuring that processes and tools are standardised and deployed  - Ensuring REX across TT from DCs  - Ensuring preparation and implementation of TT strategy in line with Global guidelines  - Developing Network of TT Stakeholders across DCs and TIS Central  - To drive, co-ordinate and support TT to Bangalore from various DCs  - To propose and implement TT strategy  - To identify required competences and to ensure their effective growth, in coordination with Metier/Discipline managers  - To Manage TT Process Governance  - To ensure TT common way of working and use of the TT best practice  - To develop and maintain database on TT   - To create & maintain TT Measurement Dashboard  - To Assist Bangalore DC Director in Operational Responsibilities & Governance
